Our deals are executed in partnership with Star Property, where over a 10-year period I built all the teams and businesses needed to deliver a seamless end to end service. We firmly believe in adding value and we only work with clients where we can do so. Our fees are a small percentage of the value we add and vary on a case-by-case basis. As a guide we charge a 2% + VAT acquisition fee which includes sourcing, research, figures, due diligence and coordinating with other services such as Legals, Insurance, Mortgages and Contractors where the fees are all at market rate.
