He started and scaled Star Property to an end to end property buying company covering everything from Legals and Insurance to Construction, Management, Supported Housing and Accountancy.
Max launched his own business in 2023 and acts directly for a select group of wealthy clients, building their property portfolios.
Max predominantly helps people and businesses with at least £500,000 ready to invest, make their money work for them. This is achieved by building their property portfolio, maximising the returns to create a passive income that exceeds their lifestyle spend. Sven’s expertise in permitted development and identifying high-yielding properties allows him to consistently deliver profitable ventures whilst maximising gains. Sven believes that an eye for detail, efficiency of resources and creating win-win scenarios are the key components of successful property investment.
Sarah Lloyd
An experienced Operations Executive, Sarah has built a career around creating structure in fast-moving property businesses. Her work has spanned everything from developing and embedding systems to managing budgets, onboarding teams, and overseeing day-to-day operations.
With a natural eye for process and a hands-on approach, she thrives in environments that need clarity, efficiency, and scalable solutions.
In 2023, Sarah was recognised as Property Entrepreneur of the Year, a reflection of her ability to turn challenges into opportunities.
